Medisleep services the Northern Rivers of NSW and beyond.
We operate from suites 7 & 8, 70 River Street, Ballina. We have been established and providing our patients with quality sleep testing, diagnosis, and treatment for over 15 years. More recently we have expanded to offer lung function testing and 24-hour heart holter monitor tests.
DR Geoffrey Williams (FRACP) is the respiratory and sleep specialist for Medisleep and has been reporting results for studies since Medisleep was opened.
Medisleep is a sleep and snore diagnosis specialist company that also provides treatment for diagnosed sleep conditions. We offer respiratory testing (LFT) and heart holter monitor testing.
Our goal is to help people with ongoing debilitating sleep issues that are affecting the quality of their life and wellbeing, to positively make a change and allow you to wake up feeling refreshed, energetic and improve your general health and wellbeing. Dr Geoffrey Williams
Dr Geoffrey Williams graduated from Monash in 1972 with an Honours Medical Degree. After training at Prince of Wales, Sydney and Prince Henry, Melbourne he established a Specialist Medical Practice in Port Macquarie in 1972.
Since then various diagnostic services were established with a full PFT and EEG service in 1988 which lead to the first Sleep Lab in regional Australia in 1990.
Subsequently the Coffs Harbour Sleep Clinic was established in 1996 and then the Northern Rivers Sleep Service in 2005.
In 2001 Dr Williams received inaugural specialty accreditation as a Qualified Sleep Medical Practitioner.
